The S.P.C.A. has implemented a Dog Bite Prevention Program to educate children between the ages of 4--9 years about how to keep themselves safe around dogs and is dually designed to aid in preventing children from becoming a victim of a dog bite. This program has been utilized in various daycares and elementary schools in the Orangeburg area.
